The class of 1931 ended while the country was in the great depression.
The class of 1936 was during the new deal.
The class of 1941 saw the beginning of WWII.
The 1946 Class represents the end of a era.
The February graduation was the first after the end of World War II. There were two
   graduations : February and May.
The class of 1951 ended with the country involved in the war in Korea.

We can use these pages to tell about the many accomplishments of our class members.
 We have decided instead to how the experience at CMU helped us begin the path to
 personal and professional careers. 
 We started young or after war service.
 We learned. We had fun, and some of us met our spouses.
 The end result was that we left prepared for the future.
